  • Coordination and implementation of physician's
    plan of treatment.
  • Routine patient evaluation and communication
     to physician regarding patients response to
     care,and changes in the patient's condition.
  • Interaction with patient's family/caregiver,
    co-workers and other disciplines to provide
    observation and fee
  • Review of medication regime & patient training.

Meeting: on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the New Iberia office.
