Coumadin Care provides a varity of services —

  • Certified Coumadin nurse on staff
  • Coumadin services include:
  • Anticoagulation testing, adjustments,
    and  management
  • Assists in monitoring Coumadin patients under
    supervision of physician
  • Reviews anticoagulation results and reports
    abnormal exam results to physician
     

Meeting: on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the New Iberia office.
